The Growler Cold Air Induction is a replacement airbox that captures cool air from the large chamber behind & beneath the headlight. It is designed to maximise the volume and speed of air intake with a smooth, undisrupted flow. 

The kit includes the high performance Big Mouth inverted cone rewashable pod filter, which is easily accessed for cleaning, and a plastic heat shield to stop engine bay heat from entering the Growler airbox. 
Also included in the kit as an optional feature is our plastic air dam which attaches to the underneath of the front spoiler to ram even more airflow into the Growler airbox.

Expect power gains of up to 14 rwkw, increased low down torque, sharper throttle response and improved fuel economy. Tests reveal air temperature is decreased with the Growler airbox by up to 10°C. 
Expect also a nice induction growl under heavy acceleration.

Suits all V6 SIDI models including HSV up to DEC 2011.
