The standard throttle body has a 75mm butterfly and is very restrictive.

The SS Inductions' 80mm BIG MOUTH Throttle Body is manufactured from CNC Billet aluminium and features a radiused throttle shaft and non-protruding screws for smoother airflow. Expect greater torque, sharper throttle response through the entire rev range with up to 8rwkw increase in power. The Vortex Throttle Body has an additional feature of extended section of high velocity vortex channels - the air drops into these channels after passing the butterfly and spins into the manifold resulting in a better air/fuel mixture which further enhances mid-range torque and throttle response with an induction roar.

The throttle body is factory-assembled with bearings, streamlined shaft, butterfly and gears. Fitting is simple with full instructions supplied and is easily put back to standard if required.
