Returns Policy

 

Our cancellation and returns policy as per detailed in section 7 of our terms and conditions...


7. CANCELLATION & RETURNS

 
7.1 No order may be cancelled by the Buyer except with the consent in writing of the Company and on the condition that the Buyer will indemnify the Company against any losses resulting from such cancellation.


7.2 Goods made to order cannot be returned for credit.


7.3 If it is agreed that the Goods are to be returned:

7.3.1 The Buyer must obtain from the Company authorisation to return goods before returning the Goods.


7.3.2 The Buyer will be liable for the costs of returning the Goods and any costs of remedying Goods not returned in a saleable condition.

 

7.3.3 In some circumstances the company reserves the right to request that the buyer covers the cost of the return postage and the company will refund that return cost ontop of the refund monies owed. The company and the buyer will agree to these terms and the buyer will provide the company proof of postage cost.


7.3.4 The Company reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 15% or $20.00 whichever is greater on all Goods returned for credit. If the Goods are being returned under Warranty then no restocking fee will apply.


7.3.5 The Company reserves the right to refuse to refund the initial postage cost if the initial postage cost for the returnable item was sent via any other means that standard reguliar australia post service and charges... ie Courier or Express Australia Post.


7.4 If you received an incorrect item to what you ordered, you may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for exchange to the correct item .. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.


7.5 You may return new items within 14 days of delivery for exchange if you received an defective item (based on our review of the defective item once returned).. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

 

7.6 Selection of the correct product for your vehicle is soley the reponsibility of the buyer.


7.7 We will NOT refund items based on change of mind after the purchase.

 

7.8 Please note that the over the radiator air intake kit with product code OTR001 does not use the vehicle’s airflow meter, and a maf-less tune is required when fitted. (this service is not offered by SS Inductions PTY LTD)

 

7.9 All and final decisions relating to exchanges and returns are soley at the discretion of SS Inductions PTY LTD.


7.10 You should expect to receive your exchanged item within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive an exchanged item more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we do NOT ship to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
